Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath an outside utility sink. Our inspection found that the sink's basket strainer was leaking. We removed and replaced the basket strainer (with a new Kohler model), P-trap, and flange tailpiece, tested for leaks, and the issue was corrected.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This included draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line. Once installed, we tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a ball shutoff valve on the main water supply line where it comes into the home. After shutting off the water, we cut out and replaced the ball shutoff valve along with replacing short sections of its PEX piping with new PEX piping and fittings. We then cut the water back on, drained out any debris at an outside hose bib spigot, and tested for leaks with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to remove and replace a leaking basket strainer along with its P-trap and flange tailpiece.
