Pride Plumbing performed a thorough descaling service on a Navien 240A tankless water heater. First, we safely cut off the power from the breaker and the water at the meter. We then removed the unit's cover and meticulously cleaned the air intake screen. Next, we prepared a solution using Rectorseal Calci-Free Tankless Water Heater Flush, allowing it to run through the unit for 45 minutes to an hour. Following this, we flushed the unit with clean water. After reattaching the unit's skirt, we restored power and water, and tested the unit to ensure it was operating correctly without any issues.
