Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to either rebuild or replace a leaking Zurn Wilkins 375 RP reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow. A rebuild would require us to, after shutting off the water, remove and replace the unit's cap, relief valve, check valve #1, check valve #2, and all rubber O-rings and gaskets. A replacement would require us to, after shutting off the water, remove the defective backflow; install the new backflow assembly with new copper ProPress fittings, gaskets, bolts and nuts; and test it for leaks and proper operation. Once the RPZ assembly passes inspection, we will file the backflow’s certification paperwork with the appropriate agencies.

Pride Plumbing came out and inspected and tested three Watts reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow assemblies - a 909 inside the building in a mechanical room, an LF009M3QT in the fire lane behind the building, and an LF009M2QT near the main road on a hillside next to the woods. We tested the backflows and they both passed inspection. Pride Plumbing filed the backflow’s certification paperwork with the appropriate agencies.

Pride Plumbing came out, and after inspecting the building's plumbing, provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: after turning the water off to the building, 1) remove a water cooler drinking fountain from the wall and cap off its water and drain lines inside the wall; 2) in two bathrooms, remove ballcock assemblies and Mansfield seals from two toilets (one in each bathroom) and install new water fill valves, Mansfield seals, and stainless-steel braided water supply lines; and 3) turn the water back on and test for leaks and proper operation of all repairs.

Pride Plumbing was called out for an American Standard pressure assist toilet tank not flushing properly. Our inspection determined that the tank’s pressure assist cartridge was malfunctioning. After draining the tank, we replaced the pressure assist cartridge with a new Sloan Flushmate M-101526-F3 model along with its above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line. We then refilled the tank and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) rebuilt a Delta shower cartridge which included the installation of new seats, springs, and a ball mechanism; 2) installed a new P-trap underneath a bathroom sink; 3) installed two customer-supplied kitchen sink faucets along with their water supply lines; 4) installed two customer-supplied bathroom sink faucets along with their water supply lines; and 5) installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) underneath the home.
