Pride Plumbing was called out for a Navien tankless water heater displaying error code E110. Our inspection of the unit found a plastic bag covering its intake. After removing the bag and resetting the water heater, we ran hot water for several minutes to test the unit for proper operation and there were no further issues.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. We removed the sink’s P-trap and drain assembly; used a sewer machine down through the sink's drain line and cleared the blockage; once cleared, replaced the P-trap and drain assembly; and tested for leaks and proper drainage. We also provided a cost estimate to replace a kitchen sink's under-sink drain assembly, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a galvanized water supply line. After shutting off the water, we cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with a new Jones Stephens C11050 galvanized compression coupling. We then cut the water back on, drained out any debris at an outside hose bib spigot, and tested for leaks with no further issues.

Pride Plumbing was called by the customer to come out and replace a bathroom sink's P-trap due to it being coming loose and leaking. We removed the P-trap, replaced it with a new customer-supplied P-trap, and tested for leaks with no further issues.

Pride Plumbing came out, and after performing an inspection, provided cost estimates to either rebuild an AquaSource toilet tank’s flush assembly (this would include replacing the tank's gasket and bolts, water fill valve, flapper, and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line) or replace the toilet with either a new customer-supplied model or a new Pride Plumbing-supplied Gerber Viper model (this would include draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting/cleaning/replacing its flange, replacing its toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line).
