Yes, m-f 8-3 is $89 + tax
Not for existing customers, if new customer it’s $39 + tax, but if you go with our quote the fee just reimbursed at the time of service.
Diagnostic fee is $128+ tax = that is for anything we have to take apart, crawl into, anything hands on in order for us work up a quote, BUT if you choose to do the quoted work, there is no diagnostic fee.

Most service call jobs are task priced by owner and premade before we go to a job.
No travel charges, but we do have after hours, but that would be talked about and agreed on prior to scheduling a technician to go out.
We do not do any in house financing, but we have a link to a 3rd party finance company on our website and our technicians can walk you through that when they are on site.
Only difference in the response fee – after hours m-f after 3pm and Saturday is $169 and Sunday is $199
