Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) relocate a toilet and its associated water supply and lines; 2) install a new bathroom sink vanity along with its faucets, P-traps, and drain assemblies; 3) replace a shower valve and drain and raise the shower head along with installing a freestanding faucet; and 4) make all the necessary water and drain connections.

We provided cost estimates to 1) replace the sinks' supply stops, short sections of their water supply lines coming up through the floor with new PEX piping and fittings, replace their braided stainless-steel water supply lines going to the faucets, and test for leaks; 2) replace the bathroom sink faucets with either new customer supplied models or a Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless models (this would include removing the old faucets, mounting the new faucets, and replacing their hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sinks); and 3) rebuild or replace a leaking shower valve with either a new Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model.
