Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) dig down at a drain line coming out of the building; install two cleanouts - one going back into the building and one going to a sewer main; and after the two cleanouts are installed, test for leaks and proper drainage; and 2) dig up an existing 6-inch cleanout and use PVC piping and fittings to repair it; and after the cleanout has been repaired, test for leaks and proper drainage and backfill the holes we dug if there are no issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking single-handle bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new single-handle model with chrome trim (faucet valve handle and cover, downspout, and diverter). This included cutting an access in the shower wall and replacing the valve along with short sections of its hot- and cold-water supply lines with new PEX piping and fittings. We also provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the water supply and drain lines in the crawlspace, going to all the fixtures in the home (the kitchen, one bathroom (toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower), a washing machine, and a water heater), with new PEX and PVC piping respectively; installing new fittings and supports under the house for each fixture.
