Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a copper gas supply line going to a gas fireplace. After replacing the gas line, we put an air pressure test on it for 15 minutes at 30 psi and it held. We then tested the fireplace for proper operation and there were no issues.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a camper on a valve. Our inspection found the leak on a fitting on the water heater and that the water heater was bulging. The customer opted to contact the dealer who sold them the camper and have them replace the water heater and fitting.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to: 1) trench a ditch from the water meter to the house to expose and remove the outside main water supply line; 2) install a new 1-inch black roll and PEX outside main water supply line from the water meter to the house along with installing tracer wire; 3) connect the new water line to an existing water line connection under the house and install a ball valve main water cut off; 4) install a new thermal expansion tank on the main water line under the house; 5) install a new pressure reducing valve (PRV), ball valve, and check valve at the water meter in the meter box; 6) test the new water line for working order; and 7) backfill and tamp the ditch after the work is completed and approved by Montgomery County’s Inspection Department.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. Our thorough inspection did not find any leak. We also did not find any movement of the water meter. It was our belief that the water was coming from a nearby springhead. In case the customer needed it, we provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the water meter to the home and replace the black roll main outside water supply line with new black roll and PEX piping and fittings along with installing a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and ball water shutoff valve at the water meter.

Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) installed a new injector assembly on a Master MP-MCA-30T water filter system; 2) tested the system for proper working order and brine tank draw; and 3) collected and sent off a water sample to a lab. First, we removed all of the water out of the brine tank. Next, we removed and replaced the injector assembly and cleaned the screen on the cap. Finally, we ran it through the regeneration process, and everything worked properly.
