Pride Plumbing came out and removed a Whirlpool dishwasher and disconnected its water supply and drain lines so that new flooring could be installed.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to replace a leaking bathroom sink faucet with either a new customer-supplied model or a Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. We removed the sink’s P-trap and used a sewer machine down through the sink's drain line and cleared the blockage. After replacing the P-trap and slip joint nut and washer, and testing for leaks and proper drainage, the issue was corrected. We ran hot water down the sink for several minutes and it drained properly. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the kitchen sink's under-sink drain, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking 38-gallon electric A.O. Smith E640L45DVB 110 lowboy hot water heater with a new 38-gallon electric Rheem PROE38-S2-RH95-B lowboy model. This included removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, wiring the water heater's electrical connections (adding a Romex connector), and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature.

Pride Plumbing was called out for an American Standard toilet tank that would run constantly and not fill. Our inspection determined that the tank’s water fill valve was malfunctioning. After shutting off the water, we drained the water from the tank, replaced the water fill valve with a new Fluidmaster PRO45B model along with its above floor braided stainless steel water supply line. Then we turned the water back on, filled the tank, and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues.
