Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a copper gas supply line going to a gas fireplace. After replacing the gas line, we put an air pressure test on it for 15 minutes at 30 psi and it held. We then tested the fireplace for proper operation and there were no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for multiple issues: 2 leaking toilets, 2 clogged bathroom sink drains, a clogged shower drain, a water heater leak, and a clogged HVAC drain. We started downstairs in the basement and changed the temperature & pressure (T&P) valve on a 50-gallon electric A.O. Smith E6-50H45DV 130 water heater and capped off a second condensation line on the HVAC unit. We then went upstairs to the master bathroom where we pulled and reset the toilet due to it leaking at its base. In a second bathroom, at the bathroom sinks, we removed the popup assemblies, cleared hair clogs out of their drains, reapplied putty to the popup assemblies' threads and reinstalled them, and replaced the nut and ferrule on one of the sink's water supply stops. There were two toilets in the bathroom - one on the left and one on the right. We replaced the toilet on the left (adding a flange anchor kit) and pulled and reset the toilet on the right. Lastly, we cleared the bathtub's stoppage.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) reroute an ice maker's hot and cold water supply lines from underneath a sink to the ice maker and connect to the cold side only; 2) cap off the hot water supply line; 3) reconnect a point-of-use mixing valve underneath the sink; and 4) test for leaks and proper working order.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) shut off the water main; removed a galvanized pipe at a 90-degree elbow and changed it over to PEX piping; ran new PEX piping over, through the wall, and up to where it went into a breakroom area (for a refrigerator and water cooler); installed a new spigot, pressure reducing valve (PRV), and connected them to existing polybutylene water lines with new ball valves for each line; and tested the repairs for leaks and proper functionality; and 2) replaced a ball shutoff valve on a water supply line going to the kitchen along with replacing short sections of the water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet with a new customer-supplied Project Source 2691714 model. This included draining and pulling the old toilet, inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, water supply stop, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line. Once installed, we tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace a kitchen sink's leaking end outlet waste and P-trap.
