Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the black roll outside main water supply line. We cut out the faulty section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings. We also provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen and one bathroom, and at the washing machine and water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to either rebuild a leaking two-handle Delta bathroom sink faucet (by replacing its hot- and cold-side cartridges) or replace it with either a new customer-supplied model or a Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless-steel water supply lines underneath the sink).

Pride Plumbing came out to pump out a septic pump tank and make repairs to the pump's lid. After pumping the tank down, we cleaned the tank and sealed the holes on its lid. Before leaving, we flushed out the main sewer septic drain line and made sure that the toilets were draining properly into the pump tank.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath the home. We found a leak on a copper water supply line. We cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings. We also provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the copper water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet, dishwasher, and ice maker), three bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new plastic washer box and hot and cold hose bibs or boiler drains), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines) and replace two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models.

Pride Plumbing came out and 1) used PEX piping and fittings to repair a leaking section of black roll pipe inside a well and added a new ball water shutoff valve; and 2) replaced a leaking hose bib spigot on the side of the well with a new Woodford frost-free model.
