Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) replace a 50-gallon electric Rheem 82V52-V water heater with a new 50-gallon electric model (this would include removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing water heater pads, the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a thermal expansion tank; a brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections (adding a Romex connector), bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit is properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature); and 2) remove and replace an existing water softener and filtration system in the garage with a new customer-supplied SpringWell water softener and filtration system along with making all the proper water and discharge line connections.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a kitchen sink. We replaced and extended the tee on the end outlet waste and tested for leaks with no further issues.

We also provided a cost estimate to replace the bathtub/shower's P-trap, drain and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
