Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) drilled a hole in a firewall, inserted galvanized piping, and connected to a 3-inch vent pipe behind a water fountain in the ceiling; 2) applied flame resistant caulking around the hole we made in the firewall; 3) installed a kitchen sink, pull-down faucet, and cabinet; 4) underneath the kitchen sink, installed a 6-gallon Liberty pump system; 5) extended the PEX water supply lines from an Elkay water fountain through the ceiling and over to the new sink and a water heater; and 6) connected the Liberty pump system to the galvanized pipe in the firewall.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged bathtub/shower drain. We used a sewer machine down through the bathtub's overflow and cleared the blockage. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the bathtub/shower's P-trap, drain and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a toilet with a new customer supplied Kohler model. This included inspecting and cleaning the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line. We then relocated the toilet we replaced to another bathroom inside the building because it had a cracked toilet tank. We recommended installing new water supply stops due their to age and poor condition, and we also recommended a major toilet tank rebuild on the toilet they had us reinstall.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a toilet with a cracked toilet tank with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.
