Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the cause of a water stain on a downstairs ceiling. We cut an access in the ceiling and found that the leak was being caused by a loose upstairs bathtub/shower drain. We removed the shower drain, applied plumbers' putty to its threads, reinstalled it, and tightened it. We tested for leaks with no further issues. We also found a bathroom sink that was slow to drain. We removed and replaced the sink's popup assembly and tested for leaks and proper drainage with no further issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced two toilets with new Gerber Viper round-front models (this included draining and pulling the old toilets, inspecting and cleaning the flanges, replacing the toilet bowls, toilet tanks, tank to bowl gaskets and bolts, seats, wax ring gaskets, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply lines). Once installed, we tested both toilets for leaks and proper operation with no issues.

Pride Plumbing came out and: 1) trenched a ditch from an existing water meter to the building to expose and remove the outside main water supply line; 2) installed a new 1-inch black roll and PEX outside main water supply line from the water meter to the building along with installing tracer wire; 3) connected the new water line to an existing water line connection under the building and installed a ball valve main water cut off in the crawlspace; 4) installed a new pressure reducing valve (PRV), ball water shutoff valve, and check valve at the water meter in the meter box; 5) tested the new water line for leaks and working order; and 6) backfilled and tamped the ditch after the work was completed and approved by Richmond County’s Inspection Department.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a bathtub/shower's drain assembly, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with a new Watco drain and PVC piping and fittings - tying onto the existing main drain stack with a new Fernco coupling.

Pride Plumbing came out and dug down underneath a short section of asphalt pavement, uncovered and cut into the outside main sewer septic drain line, installed two new one-way PVC cleanouts with brass caps (connecting them to the existing outside main sewer septic drain line going to the town sewer tap, and the septic line going underneath the building's foundation, with new PVC fittings and no-hub couplings, tested the new piping for leaks and working order, backfilled the area we dug out, and installed gravel over the area.
