Pride Plumbing was called out for a Briggs toilet not flushing. Our inspection found that the chain had fallen off the trip lever flush handle. After reattaching the chain, we used a closet auger down through the toilet's flange to ensure that it was clear of any blockages. We tested the toilet, and it flushed correctly. We also provided cost estimates to either rebuild the toilet tank’s flush assembly (this would include replacing the tank's gasket and bolts and the water fill valve, flapper, and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line) or replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model (this would include pulling the old toilet, inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a garbage disposal not working properly. Our inspection found that the unit was jammed due to an object being lodged inside it. Using a crank tool, we manually rotated the impeller inside the disposal and broke up the jam which allowed the motor to turn freely. We then tested the disposal for proper working order and there were no further issues. We provided a cost estimate to replace the unit with a new Insinkerator Badger 5 model along with replacing the kitchen sink's PVC waste piping and P-trap.

Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced a leaking centerset kitchen sink faucet with a new customer-supplied centerset model (this included removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold above-floor water supply lines underneath the sink with new braided stainless-steel ones); and 2) replaced an American Standard toilet tank's deteriorated flush valve disk with a new American Standard Champion flapper. We tested both repairs for leaks and proper operation with no issues. We also provided cost estimates to either replace a toilet or replace its tank-to-bowl bolts and replace a bathroom sink's leaking two-handle faucet.
