Pride Plumbing came out to inspect and test a Watts reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow assembly. We inspected and tested the backflow, and it passed. Pride Plumbing then filed the backflow’s certification paperwork with the appropriate agencies.

We turned off the water, removed the filter's housing, replaced the filter, reinstalled the housing, and turned the water back on. We then tested for leaks and proper water pressure, and both were good.

We pulled the toilet, cleaned and inspected its flange, replaced its wax ring gasket (with a new Mainline ML11580 model), reset the toilet, replaced its toilet bowl bolts and caps and the toilet tank's above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line.
