Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage water coming up in a pool house shower and toilet. Our inspection and tests determined that there was a stoppage in the outside main sewer septic drain line on the town's side. We advised the customer to contact the town to come out and clear the drain line. We also provided a cost estimate to trench a ditch from the town sewer tap to the pool house to expose and replace the main outside sewer septic drain line with new PVC piping and fittings along with installing proper cleanouts and fittings per code.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed a descaling service on a Navien tankless water heater (this included cutting the power off to the unit from the breaker along with cutting off the water at the water meter, removing the unit’s skirt, mixing a bucket of water with Rectorseal 68708 Calci-Free Tankless Water Heater Flush, letting it run through the unit for about 45 minutes to an hour, flushing the heater with just water, and then reattaching the unit's skirt). After restoring power and water to the unit, we tested it for proper operation with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak at a Navien tankless water heater located in a garage. We found a leak on a PEX inlet water supply line. We cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing was called out to install a water supply stop for a new refrigerator ice maker. The customer opted to have us install a completely new supply stop from the main waterline. We turned the water off to the house, went into the crawlspace, and installed two black roll to PEX pipe adapters and then made the water connections for the new supply stop. We turned the water back on and tested for leaks and the proper function of the ice maker with no issues.
