Pride Plumbing was called out for no water pressure from a well. We pulled the submersible pump and black roll pipe and found that the black roll pipe was split about two feet from the bottom of the pipe. We replaced the submersible, pipe, wiring, and pump gauge and sealed the well. Before sealing the well, we brought the pump up an additional eight feet to keep it ten feet from the bottom.

We provided a cost estimate to 1) replace the well's 30/50 pump switch and gauge, charge the tank, and replace the well's submersible pump and wiring; and 2) install a new submersible pump assembly (this would include replacing the pump, piping, wiring, tank tee, and well seal).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a cracked and leaking commercial wall-mounted urinal and a leaking 20-gallon water heater. We provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) replace a 20-gallon electric Rheem 64-20S water heater with a new 20-gallon electric Rheem model (this would include removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a new brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections, ensuring that the unit was properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature); and 2) replace the urinal (this would include replacing the urinal with a new wall-hung model; rebuilding its flush valve by replacing the diaphragm, flush handle, and vacuum breaker or replacing the flush valve with a new Sloan Flushometer; and replacing the unit’s spud gasket).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the black roll and PVC outside main water supply line going to some chicken houses. We cut out the faulty section of pipe and repaired it with new PVC pressure piping and fittings. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the water line from the water meter to the chicken houses with new PEX piping and fittings.

Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We used a pressure device at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. We inserted a camera into the drain line, and it revealed that there was a belly in it due to drain line movement. We also provided a cost estimate to install a two-way PVC cleanout on the outside main sewer septic drain line.
