Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) after shutting off the water, replace a leaking outside sillcock with a new Prier 34.67LF-R sillcock along with tying it into the existing main water supply line underneath the house with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve; and 2) replace a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) underneath the home with a new Watts LFN45BM1-DU-PEXXPEX model due to low water pressure in the home (attaching it to the existing main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve).

Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking outside hose bib spigot. We replaced it with a new Woodford 19PX-4 freezeless model along with attaching it to the side of the house and tying it into the existing main water supply line underneath the house with new PEX piping and fittings. The customer also wanted us to investigate the cause of a water stain on a downstairs ceiling. After cutting an access in the ceiling, we found that a PVC drain vent line was allowing rain water to drip onto the ceiling. We cut out the cracked section of pipe and repaired it with new PVC piping and fittings; connecting onto the existing PVC piping with PVC couplings.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged toilet. After pulling the toilet, we used a sewer machine down through the toilet's flange and cleared the blockage. Before replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket, braided stainless-steel water supply line, and closet bolts, and resetting the toilet, we inserted a camera down through the flange and it revealed that the blockage had cleared. The stoppage was due to to excessive amount of toilet paper. We also provided a cost estimate to 1) trench a ditch from the building to the town sewer tap to expose and remove the outside main sewer septic drain line; 2) install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line underneath the building) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; and 4) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been inspected and approved by Montgomery County's Inspection Department.

Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) removed a non-working sewer pump from a manhole after pumping it out; 2) installed two new Goulds WS1012BF sewer pumps in its place; 3) installed three new sewer pump float switches; 4) after the new pumps and switches were in place, dug down on the outside of the manhole and installed new conduit, a treated 4x4 post, and an electrical junction box; 5) placed the pumps' wiring into the new junction box and made all the necessary wiring connections; 6) after the installation of all the equipment, installed two discharge lines; and 7) tested for leaks and proper operation of the pump system.

Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking yard hydrant (this required us to dig down and uncover its water supply line, bust the concrete around the yard hydrant, remove the water supply line and the yard hydrant, install the new yard hydrant and PEX water piping going to it; connect the PEX piping to the existing outside main water supply line, pour pea gravel around the new yard hydrant, cover the pea gravel with new cement, and cover and tamp the new water line).
