Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) installed a customer-supplied Allen-Roth Bryton 1058527 pulldown kitchen sink faucet along with a Pride Plumbing supplied P-trap, end outlet waste, and slip joint extension and nut; 2) installed hot and cold boiler drains for a Maytag Bravos XL washing machine; 3) inspected a customer-installed bathroom sink P-trap for leaks; and 4) made an adjustment to the bathroom sink's popup assembly due to the sink draining slow.
Pride Plumbing came out and flushed a Rheem electric water heater.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a Rinnai RL75i tankless water heater that would stop producing hot water within 5 to 10 minutes of use. We checked the unit's inlet screen, flow rate, and heat exchanger temperature and found nothing wrong. We then called Rinnai tech support, and through them we ran multiple diagnostics and found nothing wrong. They then recommended we check the fan and vent for debris which we did, but we did not find any. Finally, they recommended we check the gas pressure when the outside temperature was warm in the afternoon to see if the water volume drops, and if it does, to have the homeowner contact a gas company to come out and investigate it.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to: 1) trench a ditch from the water meter to the house to expose and remove the outside main water supply line; 2) install a new 1-inch black roll and PEX outside main water supply line from the water meter to the house along with installing tracer wire; 3) connect the new water line to an existing water line connection under the house and install a new ball valve main water shut-off and new thermal expansion tank in the crawlspace; 4) install a new pressure reducing valve (PRV), ball valve, and check valve at the water meter in the meter box; 5) test the new water line for leaks and working order; and 6) backfill and tamp the ditch after the work is completed and approved by the county’s inspection department.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking Delta bathtub/shower faucet valve. Our inspection determined that the faucet valve's cartridge was bad. We replaced it with a new Delta RP46074 grey cartridge and corrected the issue. We also installed a new chrome handle on the shower valve.
