Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged toilet. We used a closet auger down through the toilet’s flange and cleared the blockage. We flushed the toilet several times with no further issues.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) trench a ditch from the water meter to the building and replace the black roll main outside water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings along with installing a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) and ball water shutoff valve at the water meter; 2) trench a ditch from the water meter to the building to expose and replace the outside main water supply line with new black roll and PEX piping and fittings along with installing a new pressure reducing valve (PRV), ball valve, and check valve at the water meter in the meter box; 3) install two new ADA toilets; 4) install a point-of-use water heater underneath a bathroom sink; and 5) install a bi-level water cooler drinking fountain.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install a whole-house water filtration system. This would include mounting the water filter base, running and connecting new PEX piping inlet and outlet water supply lines to the base and the existing water lines underneath the home and adding ball water shutoff valves, installing the water filter and its housing, and testing for leaks and proper operation. Once the filtration system is installed, test and clean any sediment from the fixtures inside and outside the home.
Pride Plumbing came out and repiped and replaced the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink faucet, dishwasher, and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new washer box and hot and cold boiler drains), a Well-X-Trol water tank, and an A.O. Smith water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel water supply lines) and replaced two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in the yard. We dug down and found a leak on a section of the PVC and PEX outside main water supply line. We cut out the faulty section of pipe, repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings, and flushed debris out of the water line at an outside hose bib spigot. We tested for leaks with no further issues.
