Upon arrival, Pride Plumbing assessed a reported issue with a Rheem water heater and a request for a kitchen sink faucet installation. After thorough inspection, we confirmed the water heater was functioning correctly. However, we identified that the supply lines for the kitchen sink faucet were improperly connected, which likely caused the customer's concerns. We prepared and presented a quote for the replacement of the kitchen sink faucet, which the customer declined. Following this, the customer requested only the correction of the hot and cold lines. We promptly addressed the supply line issue, ensuring the connections were properly fixed.
Pride Plumbing arrived on site to install a customer-supplied bathroom sink faucet. Once installed, we tested for proper function and assured that there were no leaks.
Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) shut off the water and cut an access hole in the wall; 2) cut out two leaking sections of copper water lines going to a sink (hot and cold sides) and replaced them with new PEX piping and fittings; 3) replaced the water supply stops with new PEX angle stops; and 4) turned the water back on, drained out any debris in the water lines, and tested for leaks with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak behind a wall. After performing a thorough inspection of the issue, we provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) shut off the water and cut an access hole in the wall; 2) cut out the leaking section of copper pipe and repair it with new PEX piping and fittings; 3) turn the water back on, drain out any debris in the water lines, and test for leaks; and 4) install a plastic plumbing panel over the hole we cut in the wall.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged downstairs bathtub/shower drain, a Kohler toilet that wouldn't flush properly, and a broken upstairs 3-handle bathtub/shower valve handle. First, we removed the downstairs bathtub/shower's stopper and cleaned out a hair clog. Next, we replaced the toilet tank's water fill valve. And lastly, we removed and replaced the upstairs bathtub/shower valve with a new Gerber 3-handle model. We tested all repairs for leaks and proper operation with no further issues.
