Pride Plumbing was called out to address an E/One sewer pump alarm that was continuously sounding. We manually pumped down the tank to assess the situation, but the alarm persisted. To resolve the issue, we scheduled a follow-up visit for the next day. During the return visit, we removed the existing pump and installed a loaner pump to ensure the system functioned properly. We then transported the original pump to our wet lab for thorough troubleshooting. After completing the analysis and repair, we came back out and reinstalled the customer's pump, refilled the tank, and pumped the water down to verify that the system was operating correctly. The job was successfully completed, and the alarm issue was resolved.

Pride Plumbing came out and inspected the women’s bathroom faucet to address a reported leak. Upon examination, we identified a broken pop-up assembly as the source. We carefully removed the damaged components and installed a new grid strainer. This involved disassembling the faucet, replacing the faulty parts, and reassembling it securely. After the installation, we tested the faucet to ensure it functioned correctly, confirming that the leak was resolved and the new strainer operated smoothly.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to cut the concrete 14-inches from a wall at a marked location, identified via sonar, where an iron 2 1/2-inch pipe connects to a degraded terracotta pipe. We will then cut an 18-inch wide path to the nearest dirt area for three drainpipes. Next, we will excavate the soil to expose all three pipes, ensuring they have the necessary fall. A 4-inch PVC pipe with a clean-out will be installed at the header, connecting all three drainpipes. This pipe will then be directed away from the building and integrated into the drain system at the drain grate, maintaining the required fall. Finally, we will backfill the excavated areas with the removed soil, and seed the area with grass seed and straw.

Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to install three 22”X25” stainless steel sinks, each equipped with a single-handle faucet. Additionally, we will install a bi-level water cooler drinking fountain and set up an ice maker hook-up, complete with a condensation pump as per the specifications. All drain lines will be PVC, and water lines will be PEX tubing to ensure durability and efficiency. The fixtures will be supplied by us and rough-in work will be meticulously performed.

Pride Plumbing came out to change the control board on a Rheem Prestige hybrid water heater. Upon arrival, we were provided with the necessary part by the customer. We proceeded to the Rheem hybrid heater, identifying it as a generation 3 model. The part supplied was a generation 5 conversion kit sent by Rheem. We carefully installed the new control board, ensuring all connections were secure and followed the manufacturer's guidelines. After installation, we conducted thorough checks to confirm proper functionality. The heater is now operating efficiently, and all systems are working as intended. The customer was informed that the work completed is not covered by warranty, as they had directly ordered the part from Rheem.

Upon arrival, Pride Plumbing assessed the situation and found the camper's bathroom floor boards removed. Initially, it appeared to be a toilet line issue, but upon closer inspection inside the storage area, it was clear that the water heater was leaking. As Pride Plumbing Services does not handle camper heaters, we informed the customer and recommended they seek a specialist for the replacement.
