Pride Plumbing was called out for two leaking outside hose bib spigots. We replaced them with new Woodford frost-free models (one 19PX-4 model and one 19PX-6 model) along with attaching them to the side of the house and tying them into the existing CPVC main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a clogged kitchen sink drain. We removed the sink’s P-trap and drain assembly and used a sewer machine down through the sink's drain line and cleared the blockage. After replacing the P-trap and drain assembly and testing for leaks and proper drainage, the issue was corrected. We ran hot water down the sink for several minutes and it drained properly. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the kitchen sink's under-sink drain, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with new PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak behind a wall. After shutting off the water and cutting an access hole in the wall, we found a leak on a PEX water supply line. We cut out the leaking section of pipe and repaired it with new PEX piping and fittings and added a ball shutoff valve. We turned the water back on and tested for leaks with no further issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in a downstairs ceiling. We provided cost estimates to 1) cut an access in the ceiling in order to determine the source of the leak; and 2) pull an upstairs toilet, clean and inspect its flange, replace its wax seal gasket, reset the toilet, and replace its toilet bowl caps and bolts.
